• Self attested Copy of Essential Academic Qualifications and Certificate of Matric and onwards showing Date of Birth and reservation certificates such as SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESM certificate, Haryana Residence Certificate, Dependent ESM certificate and other supporting documents.
• For regular government employees, the application form should be accompanied by the completed SAR checklist endorsed by the appropriate authority, as well as a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer. It is important to note that the NOC may be submitted prior to the interview.
• The Candidate must provide a recent colored passport-sized photograph, where 80% of the face is clearly visible. The photograph should be signed by the Candidate and should not be older than three months. Additionally, the date on which the photograph was taken must be mentioned on the photo.
• Application processing fee as applicable in the shape of Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank.
